How interesting, and what a beautifully written blog. I found you on Geneabloggers, and I was interest and began to read a bit, and suddenly saw that your father was born in Cartersville, Bartow County. So was I, and after 32 years living in southern Georgia, I am back home. If I can help in any way with your research locally, please let me know. WONDERFUL words here!

Yvonne,
Thanks so much for the compliment and for taking the time to leave a comment. I have not done much research on my father’s roots in Cartersville. My grandfather was probably an A.M.E. minister some where in that area. I might take you up on your offer sometime in the future.
Thanks Again.
Sandra
